Refund Policy

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Parents, or Students in the case of the learner being aged 18 or over at the time of enrolment, are liable to pay all course fees in full, in addition to any further expenses discussed and agreed separately.

Course fees are non-refundable and include access to the student platform, resources, materials and lessons for one year (Annual Payment Plan) or one term (Termly Instalment Plan).

Annual Payment Plan: A Student is considered enrolled for one year when payment of the annual course fee in full has been received by the Academy.

Termly Instalment Plan: A Student is considered enrolled when payment of the first instalment in full has been received by the Academy.  The first instalment covers the fees for the first term.  For subsequent terms, a Student whose instalment fee has not been paid in full before the start of the corresponding term may be unable to access the course until this payment has been made.  Invoices for termly instalments are due 30 days before the start date of the corresponding term.  In the case of payment not having been made prior to the first day of the term, unless a special arrangement has been agreed in advance by both parties, the Student will be unenrolled from the course.
